How can I become a Donor or Adopter?

Our programs exist because of the generosity of donors in our community. We have various sponsorship opportunities for individuals as well as businesses. Please contact us for more information. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation and will provide you with a Tax Deduction certificate. Our staff is all volunteer. No salaries are paid. Every dollar that comes to us, goes into managing the programs that give gifts to local children living in families struggling financially.

How can my Company or Group Organization become an Adopter or Donor?

We have many businesses, groups and even single families who adopt more than one family or adopt large families that often get left behind. This is a way for multiple people to combine resources and give back to the community. No matter how many families, small or large, or how many children you have, your support is what makes Adopt a Family Christmas Program possible. Simply tell us you are interested in helping, and we will notify you how to sign up and give in ways that match your preferences. 

How can I become a Volunteer?

We are an all-volunteer staffed non-profit organization. We rely on our amazing volunteers to help us make a difference in the community. Whether you’re interested in planning special events, assisting with birthday parties for homeless children, giving Christmas presents to children in low income families, collecting blankets for seniors, or helping us apply for grants, we’d love to hear from you! Contact us to find out when our next Volunteer Orientation will be.

It takes many volunteer hours to make our giving programs happen. We need administrative help, website help, social media monitoring, team members who will organize the distribution of gifts to families, and even someone to build shelving. If you have a skill, we could most likely benefit from your help volunteering with our program. If you want to volunteer, tell us of your interest to help. We will send you information about how to sign up as a volunteer.

How can I donate to the Adopt a Family Program, and where does the money go?

Monetary donations to the program help pay our administrative costs and give us the ability to help more children. We use donations to operate our business needs and to provide gifts for children in families that are not selected. We need financial contributions directly to the program to continue operating and managing our community outreach. We are a nonprofit organization that depends on the monetary donations and generosity of the communities we serve. Our staff is all volunteers, and no salaries are paid.
